1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Global Elite (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Global Elite", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
Global Elite provides document legalization, apostille and attestation, travel and tourism, marketing, education and technology services. The scope, timelines and fees for any engagement are confirmed to you in writing before work begins. Any estimate given before that confirmation is indicative only.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information.
- Obtain any third-party consents required for us to act on your behalf.
- Respond promptly to requests for further information or documents.
- Pay all agreed fees within the timelines stated on your invoice.
We are not liable for delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent information supplied to us.
4. Timelines
Processing times quoted are estimates in working days and exclude public holidays. Government departments, embassies and consulates set their own schedules and may request additional documents, conduct verification, or suspend processing without notice. Delays arising from those authorities are outside our control and do not constitute a failure of service.
5. Fees, payment and refunds
- Government, embassy and consular charges are payable in advance and are non-refundable once submitted, including where an application is rejected.
- Our service fee may be refundable in whole or in part where work has not commenced. Once processing has begun, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Courier, translation and notarisation charges are billed at cost.
- Refund requests should be made in writing to the contact address below and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Handling of your documents
Original documents entrusted to us are held securely and returned to you on completion by tracked courier. While we take all reasonable care, we do not accept liability for loss or damage occurring in transit by third-party couriers or while documents are in the custody of a government authority. We recommend retaining certified copies of anything you send us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the service fee paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, opportunity, employment, admission or travel arrangements.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and layout — is the property of Global Elite (OPC) Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revision date shown on this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
